Question: How can I track the status of my order?

Question: Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

Answer: In order for us to be able to provide our customers with quality products at amazing prices, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Question: Can I cancel my purchase?

Answer: Please email Be sure to include the order number, email associated with the purchase and/or name provided at checkout. Our team will confirm cancellation and refund of the purchase once the purchase has been cancelled successfully. When an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to intercept the package.

Question: There is a problem with my delivery confirmed purchase, what can I do?

Question: Can I make changes to a Pre-Order?

Answer: Pre-Orders will be charged at the time of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order please contact before the date that the product is set to ship. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once a shipping label has been created. 

Question: Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Answer: Only if the order is being shipped to California.  Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated and the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
If no sales taxes are due, none will be charged.
