Their system didn’t put in my apartment letter so I tried to email them to let them know right after I placed my order. They didn’t respond and just sent my order anyways. It was returned to the sender because of the incomplete address. I tried again to email them to find out what’s going to happen with my order and still got no reply. I tried calling the phone number that’s attached to the charge on my credit card and it goes straight to the voicemail of a person. No way to get ahold of them at all.
